Hotel Guidelines for the New Normal
1. Temperature checks are being implemented upon entry in the premises of Magallanes Square Hotel.
2. Guests, clients, employees and business partners are required to wear a face mask and face shield
“No Face Mask, No Face Shield NO Entry Policy” upon entry.
3. All guests, clients and employees will pass through a foot mats and hand sanitation at the entrance before entering the premises of MS Hotel.
4. All guests and visitors will use the Main Entrance of the hotel and follow the SOP established for the new normal.
5. Employees and deliveries will use the back door and to comply with the new guidelines implemented by the Management in compliance to the government minimum health standard.
6. There are sanitation and disinfectant chemicals provided upon entry and other areas of the hotel.
7. The hotel will require the OTA partners, Corporate Client, Travelers and Regular Guests to book at least 7 working days prior to the date of arrival with the photocopy of valid ID, complete guest’s details, address and contact numbers as per compliance to DOH contact tracing requirement.
8. Safety reminders as implemented by the government will be place at the entrance, front desk,
guest rooms and all areas of the hotel which strictly observe while inside the hotel premises.
9. As mandated by the government, Magallanes Square Hotel will only accommodate 50% of the occupancy for accommodation and function rooms, social distancing will strictly implemented in all hotel activities.
10. Magallanes Square in-house guests and visitors will strictly follow to wear face mask, face shield and social distancing, while inside the premises of the hotel.
11. Magallanes Square Officers and staff are required to wear the proper PPE base on the prescribed guidelines and SOP in each department.
12. To address guests concerns and other request the Front Office and Housekeeping will be available in service 24hrs.
13. Food service department will ensure the safety of its guest, by following the minimum health standard, food handler are required to wear face shield, face mask, gloves, hair net and maintain social distancing in food preparation and in serving of food and beverages to the guests.
14. All equipment, silverware, furniture, linen, glass door, windows and doorknobs are sanitize every 15 minutes.
15. Housekeeping will use proper disinfection solution and perform regular treatment in all areas like the lobby, front office, guest rooms, kitchen, comfort room and storage area to ensure guests health and safety.
16. The hotel will follow the waste management segregation, there will be a trash bin provided with markings for the bio hazard materials like the PPEs, mask and gloves.
17. The hotel developed a new normal rules and regulations that will ensure the safety of the guests and its employees, in order to deliver a safe and quality customer service.
18. Magallanes Square Hotel Management and Staff are committed to provide a healthy and safety environment and adhere to comply as required by the DOT, IATF, Local Government of Tagaytay and DOH all the guidelines for the new normal.
